-Owners can sell their share of the asset at any time. The expenses include: Property Taxes; Insurance; Utilities; Property maintenance and improvements; Hiring and Managing the On-Site Staff; Maintenance of the SUV. These expenses will be offset by rental income acquired throughout the year.
